Tea was great, customer service was less so

Tea (Cream of Earl Grey) was amazing! However, I emailed about the status of my order twice to zero response, and also purchased a "Gold Tea Strainer" that was definitely plain stainless steel and did not match the photo of what I purchased when it finally arrived.
