My first order was wrong, so I was sent the correct one along with a free one of my choice! Both teas are great and have the nicest smell, they get me excited for my day. I love this tea! I'll definitely need to order more of it soon!

I'm sorry I can't leave a review on the tea itself, but I bought this chai tea and several other packages, plus the clip on spoon as a birthday gift for my daughter. If the tea is anything like the customer service I received, then it's out of this world! My gift package was shipped the SAME day I put in my order and it arrived in less than 10 days (quite a feat for an international order on the east coast going across country to the west coast). I took advantage of the free shipping to the USA, which is a definite substantial savings. I had also received a 10% off coupon offer but because I'm an entrepreneur myself, I didn't feel right about using both discounts. However, I did send an email, explaining where I had learned about Cup of Te, that this order was a birthday gift, and suggested that perhaps the 10% savings could be passed on and donated to the Black Lives Matter foundation, which Cup of Te supports. Two days later I received an email from Ms. Lindsay-Noel herself promising to do just that. The gift package and contents all looked very rich and professional; everything bespoke of quality. My purchase with Cup of Te has been a most satisfying online shopping experience!
